Orica Mining Services is Indonesia’s largest blasting service provider and product supply company servicing the extensive Indonesian mining market and Orica is currently the world’s largest supplier of commercial explosives.

In Indonesia, PT Orica Mining Services currently seeks experienced and professional personnel to fill in the following position :

Operational & Business Process Accounting Manager [Balikpapan]

Essential Skills/Experience:

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• A minimum of 6 years experience in accounting and auditing with a public accounting firm, but inventory and fixed asset experience in multinational oil/mining industry is preferred.
• Have at least 3 years of Oracle, SAP and/or comparable software experience, particularly in the areas of inventory, fixed asset and general ledger modules.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
• Sarbanes - Oxley experience is strongly desired.
• Very experienced within warehouse operations and inventory management
• Demonstrate professionalism through positive, cooperative and customer-relationship building attitude.
• Keep lines of communication open with all levels of organization, and have excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, managerial and organizational skills.
• Ability and desire to work autonomously serving as advisor (problem-solver attitude) and independently manage responsibilities (goal setting skills).
• Excellent energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with interacting with multiple customers.
• Willing to live and work in Balikpapan
• Domicile in Balikpapan will be advantage
• Excellent communication skill of both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
