The company requires the following professionals with varied experience and skills for acquiring coking coal mining concessions & carrying out exploration and mining operation of coal mines in Indonesia.

Head - Business Development

We are looking for an outstanding mining professional to provide strategic leadership to our business development initiatives in Indonesia, including acquisition of new coking/thermal coal concessions. He should have 20-25 years of relevant working experience in large organizations and knowledge of coal mines in Indonesia. He should be well versed with coal mines acquisition procedures, have sound knowledge of Government rules and regulations and be able to motivate a team of professionals to achieve over all business goals of the organization. The position is initially based in Jakarta.

Head-Mining

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding mining professional having sound business acumen and logistics experience. He should have a thorough understanding of mining operations in Indonesia. Besides technical qualifications and 16-20 years of relevant experience, the candidate should also be conversant with government rules and regulations and be able to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals and achieve overall business goals of the company. He will be responsible for mine planning & operations, maintenance, logistics, dispatch, safety measures, managing environment and government co-ordination.
