Account Manager, Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Develop non-routine, project-related work; including chemical selection and trials.
• Service accounts with various products applications and service requirements including demulsifiers, water clarifiers, scale and corrosion inhibitors, biocides, H2S Scavengers, seawater treatment package
• Liaise with the customers for services.
• Provide training to customers and sales personnel.
• Support new product introductions through technical proposals and field trials.
• Responsible for internal coordination of technical service work with the technical centres.

Requirements:

• A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other sciences
• 10+ Years of Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Strong awareness of Health and Safety
• Good communication and presentation skills
• A high level of initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
• A high level of computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheets
