Project Manager (Ref: EP0907550)
(U.A.E. - Abu Dhabi)

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is fully accountable and responsible for all aspect of his project from award of the EPC contract till the issue of the Provisional Acceptance Certificate of his unit. The responsibility includes development of and adherence to all project routines and procedures and full implementation of all agreed common project standards.

Project Manager shall:

• Achieve targets, milestones and results within the sub-project according to project baselines.
• Develop through PMC and contractors adequate planning in line with project requirement to enable him to monitor project development and trends.
• Analyze project reports and approve project issues within the limits of authority
• Driver and monitor project performance against baselines and milestones, identify negative trends and items of concern, and ensure that corrective actions are taken.
• Advice Senior Project Manager on concerns and corrective actions
• Lead a project team and ensure that they are engaged fully to deliver the assigned project.

Requirements:

• The required candidate should have the following qualifications:
• A degree in Engineering, preferably Process or Mechanical
• At least 10 - 15 years experience in Projects Management especially Major multi-billion-dollar projects in the commissioning and expansion of Polyethylene / Polypropylene / Ethylene plants.
• Must have excellent track record of leadership skills, result oriented and with excellent communication skills
• The candidate must be willing to travel
