SR Mine Manager - Nickel
(Sulawesi Tenggara)

Requirements:

• Male of age between 35 and 45 years old
• Bachelor (S1) from Mine Engineering or Geology
• Has minimum 10 years working experience in Nickel mining
• Has 2 years experience with Managerial position
• Experience in Short-Medium-Long term Mine Planning
• Experience in managing over technology activity & determining directions of technical development
• Experience in leading over working out of technological & financial parts of projects
• Experience in organizing the flowing & operating plans of production, actions for protection & safety of work and its implementation
• Must understand well about Safety Regulations in Mining industry
• Involved in manpower planning & evaluation for local hires
• Good proven leadership skill & able to communicate with all levels
• Experience in project budgeting & controlling the budget
• Good comprehension of English (verbal & written)
• Good knowledge of computer skills including some mining software
• Experience in working in mining industry in Sulawesi is advantage
• Willing to relocate to Sulawesi
• Remuneration Package: open-negotiable
