Shipment / Loading supervisor [Padang]

Job Description :

• Maintain and improve set up of stockpile
• Maintain and improve incoming and outgoing traffic
• Ensure smooth processes
• Reporting on daily basis to project head and management
• Supervise sur-bordinates and ensure data entry
• Monitor loading process with local stevedoring company and meet deadlines
• Coordinate with shipping agent and update project head and management
• Ensure completeness of Export Documents
• Maintain Relationships with local officials

Desired Candidates Profiles :

• Should have extensive experience in mining port operations like loading and unloading, stockpiles, etc
• Should be fluent in Indonesian (Bahasa) and English language
• Should be ready to travel and relocate to the port
