Our client specialises in the provision of fully integrated EPC services to the Offshore Oil and Gas processing industry. They currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join them on a 12 month fixed term renewable contract. Providing comprehensive engineering and project management services, they complement their design team in Singapore with ownership of several dedicated fabrication facilities across the globe. Senior Process Engineers - Topside Process Module (EPC)
(Singapore - Suntec City)

• Role: The Senior Process Engineer will work from the detailed design phase right through to fabrication/construction phase and will assume a project discipline role during the construction of the project. The current project has a long term project timeline of 12 months.
• This role will suit a candidate that is close to the level of Lead Process Engineer and who feels that upon successful performance this will be the next step in their career! You will be ambitious, hard working and dedicated to delivering exceptional results in both the design and construction of this project.
• Candidates must have experience in an EPC environment and should have previous topside process module design, fabrication and integration project experience.
• Excellent communication skills are essential because you must possess the ability to coordinate various engineering staff including junior engineers and designers and you must bring cohesion to a multi cultural environment. Some additional travel to their fabrication yards outside Singapore will be required during the construction phase.
• Senior Design Process Engineer Key Skills / Experience:
• Development of discipline deliverables:- PFD's, H&M Balances, UFD's, SAFE and C & E Charts, P & ID's, equipment & instrument datasheets, Relief Valve and Hydraulic Calculations
• Participation in HAZID and HAZOP studies
• Review vendor documentation, schematics, dimensional data, design and installation data and procedures etc.
• Inter discipline review of documents and drawings
• Supervision of engineers and designers
• Liaise with vendors, client and certifying authority
• (Note: Senior Engineers may also be assigned to act as Lead Engineer on Specific Projects)
• Project Lead Process Engineer Key Skills / Experience:
• To manage project discipline team & ensure design meets Project and BOD requirements
• Develop Project Discipline Schedule and Input to Planning
• Develop Discipline Document Register and Input to DCC
• Develop CTR's for project
• Identify change and provide cost/schedule impact into Variation Requests as required
• Monitor and report progress and attend progress meetings
• Approve and ensure timely issue of all deliverables
• Input to 3rd party studies/Reviews and HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/LAYOUT/CERT. AUTH
• Liaise with management, Client and Certifying Authority
• Ensure compliance with Corporate, Client, and International regulatory Procedures and Standards
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time and Contract position available.
