Management Development Program (MDP)

We have proven succeed record to develop people who were not coming from mining educational background, into people who have capabilities to act as Assistant Project Manager at site.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university
• Minimum GPA is 3.25
• Age, maximum 27 years old by September 2009
• Prefered has 1 year experience in any position in any Indutry, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Having excellent leadership skill, analitical skill, and conceptual thinking
• Willing to learn and high achiever
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Willing to be located in mining area for certain times
